Olivia Cliver is an international show jumper based in Midland, Texas, with experience and top results through the highest level of the sport, FEI 5* / 1.60 level. She qualified for the FEI World Cup Finals in 2024 (after finishing 2nd in the 4* World Cup Qualifier in Sacramento, and 7th in the 4* World Cup Qualifier in Las Vegas) and has had consistent success at premier events both nationally and internationally. In 2025, Olivia won both the $50,000 and $100,000 Grand Prix at the Pin Oak Charity Horse Show.
In addition to her Grand Prix accomplishments, Olivia has top results in National Hunter Derbies and is widely recognized for her ability to develop young and green horses. She has successfully guided horses through the young jumper ranks and produced them to their first Grand Prix starts, emphasizing correct, patient training that prioritizes confidence, longevity, and competitive success.
Olivia began riding at the age of four and grew up competing on the South West Hunter Jumper Association circuit. Based in Midland, Texas, where opportunities for a high-performance program like the one she runs today were limited, she was exposed early on to a wide range of disciplines, eventing, polo, Pony Club, and 4-H, This diverse background helped shape a well-rounded horsemanship foundation that continues to influence her program today. She also brings an extensive background in Natural Horsemanship training and successfully evented through the 4* International level with top results.
Driven by a desire to understand every aspect of the sport, Olivia immersed herself not only in riding and competition, but also in the management and care of high-performance horses. She spent extensive time studying under top grooms and barn managers, as well as working hands-on in veterinary care in our nation's top vet clinics. This comprehensive background allows her to approach training with a strong emphasis on soundness, longevity, and individualized care.
Olivia spent over eight years training and competing up and down the East Coast before returning to Midland in 2014 to establish and grow her professional program. She has attended numerous U.S.E.F. High Performance Training Sessions and has represented the United States nationally and internationally.
Olivia is a U.S.H.J.A. Certified Trainer and continues to pursue excellence both in the ring and in the development of horses and riders at the highest level of the sport.
Reagan Leary is an assistant trainer at On The Mark Equestrian and has been riding and training under Olivia Cliver since 2014. Beginning her career in the pony divisions, Reagan developed a strong foundation early on and has grown into a skilled and versatile rider with experience across multiple disciplines.
Reagan has competed with great success through the national 1.35m level, qualified for USEF Pony Finals, top results in National Hunter Derbies and has won several major equitation classes all over the country, including prestigious classes such as THIS and Dover Hunt Seat Medals , as well as the USEF 3’3 Jumping Medals. Her competitive background reflects strong fundamentals, precision, and a deep understanding of top sport.
In addition to her show ring accomplishments, Reagan has valuable experience developing young and green horses, helping guide them through the early stages of their training with patience, consistency, and confidence. She plays an integral role in supporting the daily training program and assisting riders at all levels.
Reagan's contributions have been instrumental to the growth and success of this program, with Olivia crediting her as a key part of the team behind many of its achievements.
Reagan is also a certified PEMF practitioner and operates the MagnaWave system as part of the services offered at On The Mark Equestrian. Her work with PEMF therapy supports overall horse wellness, recovery, and performance, further enhancing the program’s emphasis on thoughtful, comprehensive horse care.
Known for her bubbly personality and positive energy, Reagan brings enthusiasm, passion, and a genuine love for the sport to the barn every day. Her approachable nature and dedication to both horses and riders make her a valued and trusted member of the On The Mark Equestrian team.
